I'm a yoga and movement teacher working across Surrey and South-West London. My focus is on helping people achieve tangible results, so I mainly work with individuals towards personalised goals, whether that means reducing daily chronic pain or stress, improving fitness or sporting performance, or simply developing a movement practice.
I draw on my growing knowledge of therapeutic movement, massage, remedial therapy, and mindfulness to help clients feel noticeably better in themselves. The common thread connecting all of my teaching is my emphasis on removing obstacles; from tight muscles to anxious thoughts to stunted breath, my goal is to help people work through resistance to find the freedom to flow.
