You may have an existing idea about what yoga is, but I work in a unique way based on what I find to be the most effective way of achieving results. Everyone's goal is ultimately to feel more at home in your body, but the journey to get there differs massively from person to person.

Many yoga classes aim to make students better at yoga; my aim is to improve my clients' quality of life when they're out in the world. My study of human performance extends beyond achieving classical yoga poses, and with my private clients I'm bringing in knowledge of massage and remedial therapy, exercise physiology, and mindfulness psychology to ensure they achieve real results. 


Not only is every person different, but each day our energies and emotions are fluctuating. With one-on-one sessions, I'm able to be receptive to my client's moment-to-moment state, and adapt the way I'm facilitating their practice. Because of my diverse interests in sports, performance, massage, mindfulness and philosophy, I have a sensitivity to how individuals need to practice to make progress on their path to optimal health.

Private sessions generally take place in the comfort of your own home, although a local venue can be sourced at an additional cost. I'm based in Surbiton, and also regularly serve Cobham, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham, Fulham.
