Whether you’re a regular yoga practitioner, an athlete, or just a human being, we could all improve our quality of life by better understanding how our bodies work and how they want to move.
This workshop is an opportunity for us to go deeper than is possible in a normal yoga class. We’ll break down fundamental movements and ranges of motion of our main joints, so you can understand your individual strengths and limitations. We’ll discuss healthy alignment, and use some yoga postures to put this into practice. Lastly, we’ll look at some techniques to rapidly improve flexibility where needed.
If you have any chronic pain or old injuries, or simply want to improve your yoga practice, you’ll leave with more tools and awareness to help you on your journey.
