‘Bullet-proof’ the body in this workshop aimed to reduce risk of injury during any sport or daily life activity. We’ll look at dynamic stretching, joint mobilisation and myofascial release - and why these techniques are so essential to maintain a healthy and vital body.

This workshop will blend yoga, gymnastic strength and massage and will give you plenty of tools to start implementing into your regular sporting activities. Feel free to come with questions regarding your specific challenges!
