This trilogy of 90-minute workshops will introduce participants to how yoga practice can be used to enhance sports, or indeed any physical activity. You'll learn strategies for joint mobilisation, core activation, balancing and mindful stretching - techniques that will help keep the body youthful and healthy, improve performance, and reduce risk of injury. A focus on using the breath and calming the mind as a means of training the nervous system will also help with concentration during sports, and that vital recovery.
